Blind Spots

When you have a problem that you don’t realize you have, it can’t be resolved.  Even if other people tell you there is a problem, you can’t deal with a problem you yourself don’t realize you have.  This is a blind spot.  Everyone has blind spots.  No-one can see their own blind spots.  Wisdom says that you need a mentor, coach, trusted advisor or close friend to help you find and address your blind spots.  However, not everyone is ready to identify and realize their own blind spots.
