In a previous entry I mentioned Head Trash<\/a> that keeps most people stuck. \u00a0You know — the words you hear in your head that remind you about all your faults fears and failures. \u00a0The voice – let’s call it self talk<\/strong>. \u00a0The messages you automatically say to yourself when something happens.<\/p>\n One person I heard who has it really bad continually repeated, \u00a0 “Dummy. \u00a0Dummy. \u00a0Dummy. \u00a0Dummy. \u00a0Dummy. \u00a0Dummy.” when he made a mistake.<\/p>\n It’s so sad. \u00a0Because it was never true. \u00a0But when you believe something is true, for you it really is true. \u00a0He, to himself is a, “Dummy. \u00a0Dummy. \u00a0Dummy. \u00a0Dummy. \u00a0Dummy. \u00a0Dummy.”<\/p>\n If you really want to design the life of your dreams, it is critical to deal with any negative self talk<\/strong> because, self talk is dangerous. \u00a0The negative self talk you allow to continue will forever sabotage the future you say you’re designing for yourself and the ones you love.<\/p>\n The second point of Lifestyle Design is:<\/p>\n All-in. \u00a0Fully committed to both the journey, and the destination.<\/p>\n If you say you want something – but keep telling yourself that you can’t get there, or you don’t deserve it, or that you can’t do it.<\/p>\n Your self talk is a significant factor in whether you reach your destination. \u00a0Because, as I mentioned, if you are divided against yourself, you will never reach any significant goals in your future.<\/p>\n This point is\u00a0so<\/span> important.<\/p>\n Be fully present in your Now and in Building Your Dreams!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" In a previous entry I mentioned Head Trash that keeps most people stuck. \u00a0You know — the words you hear in your head that remind you about all your faults fears and failures. \u00a0The voice – let’s call it self talk. \u00a0The messages you automatically say to yourself when something happens.
